The viewing spot for runway 16 (Dublin 28-9-01).
On the ground next to my bag is my small steps and personally I would always take them for shooting at Dublin to give that extra bit of height so as to keep fence wire out of shot with ease.
This was me standing on the roadway and you can see the bank that is there to stand on giving a view over the perimeter fence, there is a wide area of Brambles between the fence and this raised bank which dips down on the other side which is probably a factor in why you shouldn't get any hassle at all for standing here.
