A40-AI Metroliner (18-10-76)

In the days before zoom lenses you had to use fixed lenses and if you were just out of school and didn't have the money it was usually a case of fixing on a 2x converter which is what I did with my fixed 125mm lense.

Unfortunately using a converter results in lower quality photos as can be seen here but it was still better than having the aircraft as a spec in the distance,this photo was taken at Glasgow.
